RESERVATIONS are
required. Please check calendar for availability, then call or e-mail to
reserve. A 50% deposit is required for reservations and must be received
within 7 days. Balance plus an additional $100 Security Deposit due 14 days
prior to arrival.

deposit to be returned within 7 days of your departure
- Cancellation Policy .... If
you must cancel your reservation at any time and we are able to re-rent
the property to another party, we will gladly refund your deposit minus
a $50 handling fee.
- No refunds will be honored
once the rental period has begun or if we are unable to re-rent the
property.
- Early departures are non-refundable
